ULI Northwest Arkansas is proud to announce a significant contribution from the Walton Family Foundation (@waltonfamilyfdn). Building on years of successful partnership and their shared commitment to the region, these transformative grants will enable @uli.nwa to support key programs focused on creating lasting, positive change in the Northwest Arkansas community. In addition to supporting a range of vital programs, this next phase of partnership will: strengthen the Small Cities Initiative, which helps small cities in Northwest Arkansas build planning capacity and prepare for sustainable growth; launch Faithful Foundations, a year-long pilot program equipping faith-based organizations to transform underutilized land into housing solutions; and sustain the momentum of Aligned for Affordability, which provides local governments with a policy and practice roadmap to increase attainable, market-rate housing.
