The Tuscaloosa Traffic Homicide Unit investigated a motorcycle accident March 8 that happened in the 3000 block of 20th Street in West End. Authorities have identified 41-year-old Marvin Otis Wilkins Jr., from Tuscaloosa as the victim. Wilkins lost control of his motorcycle and fell before sliding under a parked and unoccupied tow truck.
