Reaching New Heights with Tux! Lately, we’ve been working on taking Tux’s hula hoop jumps to the next level—literally! He’s always been a little daredevil, but now I’m challenging him to jump higher through the hoop. At first, he hesitated (because let’s be honest, treats on the ground are way easier to reach), but with some patience, encouragement, and, of course, a stash of his favorite snacks, he’s starting to soar! The key? Small wins. I started by raising the hoop just an inch higher than his comfort zone, rewarding every attempt, and celebrating like he won an Olympic medal. Slowly but surely, we’re building his confidence—and mine too! Watching him trust the process reminds me that growth takes time, and every little jump forward counts.
