Tina Hayes's journey at CAMPUS USA Credit Union began in 1987 when she joined as an Accounting Clerk and Switchboard Operator. After moving away briefly, she returned in 1991 as a part-time Records Clerk. Today, she serves as an Indirect Rep 2, a role she loves - yet it's not just the work that's kept her here for nearly four decades; it's the family atmosphere and the deep friendships she's cultivated. From the very start, CAMPUS felt like home. Tina's daughters were part of the "original CAMPUS Kids," and she cherishes memories of them growing up alongside her coworkers' children. In its early days at the Delta Center (CAMPUS' previous 'Headquarters'), she was in the Call Center, where a tight-knit team formed, sharing laughter and long hours.
