Today, we're excited to share the story of father and son, Troy and Race. Troy has been with CAMPUS for almost 25 years. As a young father, he experienced firsthand how CAMPUS supports its employees, offering work-life balance and opportunities to give back. Troy has fond memories of coaching baseball teams, volunteering at school events, and attending CAMPUS-sponsored community events with his family like Summer Blast and the Ocala Christmas Parade. But none of those memories compare to the one that stands out the most to him—the day Race was born. Troy remembers that day vividly: he was at work on 34th Street, opening a new account for a member when he got the call from his wife—Race was on his way. He passed the member off to a colleague and raced to the hospital. That day wasn’t just a milestone for Troy personally, but it also marked the beginning of a new chapter for his family.
