Today’s “Behind the Dish” is bittersweet, unlike the actual recipe Sous Chef Jared created 🥲 Chef Jared helped develop this Ghanaian dish, Nkatsenkwan, and it just happens that today is his last day at UC Davis Dining Services as well! Latitude will be serving Chef’s Ghanaian Yam and Plantain stew today (1/18) as well as in the future, and Cook Silvester’s Butter Chicken will be featured at Scrubs today as well!
