One of my favorite coffee drinks I’ve encountered in my travels - a traditional Italian Shakerato! Super simple to make - it only requires 3 ingredients and a cocktail shaker. And it’s a great summer coffee drink especially if you’re an espresso lover. For this recipe I used beans from @riverphin and my trusty @breville espresso machine! Shakerato Recipe: 2 shots of espresso 0.5 oz of simple syrup (vanilla or unflavored) Ice cubes 1. Pull two shots of espresso and add to a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Add simple syrup. 3. Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds 4.
