Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and 17 other State Attorney Generals filed a lawsuit on Sept. 17. to have Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 declared unconstitutional. Section 504 outlines specific accommodations required for children with certain disabilities such as autism, deafness and more.
