I looove adding veggies to my smoothies! It’s such an easy way to sneak in some extra nutrients and fiber! What’s your favorite thing to add?
Here’s a recipe for my “hidden veggie” smoothie:
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup spinach
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen very ripe banana
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Blend and enjoy!
