We’re keeping up our walk through history prior to our 25th season 👏 Angel Shamblin was a standout for us from 2005-08 and was inducted into the @houstoncougars Hall of Honor in 2021. She still holds our career records in ERA, wins, strikeouts and shutouts. In addition to being a three-time C-USA Pitcher of the year, the 2008 All-American spun three perfect games while in the Red and White, including the first in program history. After playing professionally in the NPF, she now assists our student-athletes as an Assistant Athletics Director for Academic Services!
