PARA hosted a special K9 Veterans Day ceremony Thursday at Veterans Memorial Park and unveiled a statue in honor of a K9 soldier. The statue of former military working dog Lucca was unveiled to honor her legacy and the legacy of all military working dogs. Lucca completed more than 400 patrols, and not a single injury was sustained while she walked point.
