It’s been 10 years since I got this semicolon tattooed on my left wrist. It’s been almost 10 years since I almost left everything behind. Thankfully, rather than putting a period at the end of my sentence, I put a semicolon its place because my story isn’t over yet. Not by a long shot. But this tattoo is a daily reminder of what COULD HAVE BEEN and a reminder of why I advocate for namicommunicate namisoutheastlouisiana and #mentalhealth. For the seventh consecutive year, I am raising money for #NAMIWalks to help fund free #mentalhealthsupport services here in Southeast Louisiana. If you are able to give, please donate whatever you can to help #endthestigma of mental health in country. Click below to donate or the link in my bio 👇🏻
