#JuliaStiles said #HarveyWeinstein’s involvement in her 2000s film “Down to You” is the reason she feels the movie was “executed very poorly” and that the producer, and now convicted felon, made her “so slimy.” While talking with #BrettGoldstein Wednesday on his podcast “Films to be Buried With,” she said Weinstein appeared on set during reshoots for the film and things quickly went downhill. Many of Weinstein’s recommendations for how she was supposed to dance with co-star #FreddiePrinzeJr. made her feel uncomfortable. “[Kris Isacsson] was a first-time director and he was a very, very intelligent, capable guy,” she said. “The script was very good, and then Harvey Weinstein got his hands on it and decided to capitalize on this trend.
