I made plans with a new friend this weekend and made some rookie mistakes. I told them to meet me at trailhead Sunday except: ❌I didn’t ask what car they drove, and I didn’t tell them what car I drove. So I didn’t know what car to look for at trailhead. ❌I didn’t send a drop pin of exactly where we were meeting. I assumed there was only one trailhead where we were going, but there were multiple and we did not have phone service to call each other. I ended up driving around to the other trailheads to double check if someone was lingering, but didn’t see anyone. But it ended up all working out, and my new friend found us on trail eventually!
