This was my first time walking the historic JOHNNY CASH TRAIL, named for the legendary singer & songwriter Johnny Cash. I did the 6 mile trek with my Dad & had a great time taking in the sites. It’s an easy walk, although it does take some time to complete. There are parts of the trail that line up with a noisy highway, but once passes, it’s back to nature & serenity. I enjoyed the music references discovered along the journey, the dam, and the natural views. It’s also a great trail to bike as well!
