#WomensHistoryMonth: Amber Williams is a visionary entrepreneur, industrial engineer and technologist focused on STEM and workforce development. As founder and CEO of Circa81 Design, a Native American woman-owned firm, she leads projects in design, engineering and construction management, working with Native American tribes, the federal government and private enterprises. Her current research explores precision technology for farmers, helping improve water management in agricultural communities by developing data-driven irrigation solutions. A citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, Williams has built a career in industries where women, particularly women of color, are underrepresented, including engineering, construction and technology.
