Sweet 16!! We celebrated our 16th dinner in the Sit With Us series last week at tamashanc in Raleigh, North Carolina. Sit With Us is the series we launched with opentable in 2023 to celebrate chefs and restaurateurs in the Cherry Bombe & OpenTable networks and to bring folks together over beautiful food and drink. ⁠ ⁠ Raleigh was the perfect city for our kickoff as the Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill is home to some of our favorite food folks. ⁠ ⁠ Tamasha owners Tina Vora & Mike Kathrani gave us a warm welcome and chefbhavinchhatwani prepared a family-style feast that included such dishes as Purple Sweet Potato Chaat, Tamasha Fried Chicken, and Four Cheese Truffle Kulcha. ⁠ ⁠ During dessert, Radio Cherry Bombe host kerrybombe moderated a panel featuring Tina, andreagailreusing of lanternrestaurant, cheetieku of ajjaeats, and Adé Carrena of dounou_cuisine and ilewafoods.
