• the first word I think of when I think about this opportunity is gratitude. Coworkers that quickly became like family, shifts that went way to fast, so many things I learned from my talented chefs, and so much growth in my pastries, im beyond grateful for it all. I learned all kinds of things from how to pickle veggies, make homemade jams, to even how to make burnt log ice cream!
