Usually I immediately head to the drinkware aisle. But in Target the other day, it was lunch boxes. Our customers have been begging for one. So naturally, I spent way longer than I should have analyzing every option. I ask myself: ✅ What makes this great? ✅ Why is this feature necessary? ✅ Could we do this differently? ✅ Is there a gap in the market? To build great products, you have to look beyond just your category. Innovation can come from anywhere—a bathroom gadget, a lawn mower, you name it. The key? Never copy. Make it different. Make it better. I’m obsessed with creating new products for people. And honestly, it makes marketing that much easier.
