Wake up early - before 7am
Exercise upon waking up for at least 30 minutes - get sweaty - ideally a run
Make a to do list for the day to empty your brain and clear your mind
5 minute gratitude journal
30 minutes reading or audio book
Work on the thing your most passionate about for 3-4 hours a day
Fast until 2pm
Get an hour of sun everyday
Only eat 2 high protein meals a day
Walk for 30 minutes after your meal
Eat fruit as snacks
Do not eat processed foods
Lift weights in the afternoon / evening
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL
Socialise with friends at dinner
Go to sleep before midnight
Turn your phone / laptop off 1 hour before you sleep
Get 7-8 hours sleep
