Previously owned by renowned car collector Peter Agg, this 1952 Jaguar XK120 CoupĂ© has been extensively upgraded for Continental rallying. Inspired by Nigel Dawesâ highly modified XK120, Agg sought to refine the concept further, leveraging Trojan Limitedâs racing expertise. A left-hand drive example was sourced from California, ideal for Aggâs European and U.S. rallying pursuits. Once in the UK, it was registered as âVSL 411â and entrusted to John May of XK Developments, where it underwent a complete transformation. Trojan handled the engine and gearbox, while May refined the body, chassis, and suspension. The car retained its original 3.4-litre capacity but gained sporting cams, twin 2â SU H8 carburettors, steel valves, and upgraded components, targeting an output of 220bhp.
