Anaheim, CA (Tuesday, March 18, 2025) – The Cal South Referee Program is pleased to announce that Jesus Cisneros has been appointed as the new Cal South State Referee Director of Assignments effective immediately. Cisneros' fourteen-year (2000-2014) refereeing career included an MLS stint as a 4th official (2011-2014); working international tournaments in Portugal and Mexico; officiating the Lamar Open Cup and in the USL; refereeing college games for NCAA D1 and D2 games, the WAC and PAC12 conference, and in the NCAA Finals; and a run as a CIF High School Finals referee for Divisions 1 and 2 (2006-2010).
