1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (113g) stick of butter, melted
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Syrup:
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F Grease and line a 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream, mixing until well combined.
