If you know anything about the Busch family, it’s that we’ve been living at In-N-Out during the West Coast swing. So when we finally made it home, I was inspired to create these high-protein burger bowls that are just as delicious! 🍔💥
Here’s how I made them:
1️⃣ Cut purple yam (you can also use regular potatoes or sweet potatoes) into cubes & season with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for 15 mins.
2️⃣ Cook ground beef (or bison) with onion, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Build your burger bowl with romaine lettuce and roasted potatoes as the base. Layer with your cooked meat, cheese, tomatoes, pickles... and any other toppings you love.
4️⃣ Top it all off with a secret sauce! 🍔✨
