💦As of August 3rd CA cut farmers in the Valley off from main water sources from the vote from the state water resources board, this will go into effect in about 2 weeks. 🌾We may see a reduce jn production of low value crops such as corn and alfalfa. 💧Due to the drought, the state water board will make the call on whether or not to refill the Don Pedro Reservoir and work with Stanislaus Counties irrigation districts. 🍅California is by far the largest agricultural producer in the US, lets hope all parties involved remember where their food comes from. #agriculture #californiaagriculture #agriculturenews
