She is the co-founder of Ms. Magazine and founding president of the msfoundation, the national multi-racial, multi-issue fund that supports grassroots projects to empower women and girls. She also helped found numerous organizations, including the Women’s Action Alliance, the National Women’s Political Caucus (nwpc_national), and womensmediacenter, and was president and co-founder of Voters for Choice, a pro-choice political action committee for 25 years.⁠ ⁠ Gloria will be in conversation with Amy Richards (heymsamelia), the author, organizer, and Emmy-nominated producer.
