A couple in Montana were mistakingly tagged in a viral post about an Influencer who picked up a baby wombat in Australia. Scott Stone had just set his morning coffee and a bowl of yogurt on his desk Thursday when the notification popped up. The email came through his business website, where he books wildlife photography and bear viewing tours in Alaska. He assumed it was from a potential client. Instead, he realized the subject line read “Pos” (short for “piece of shit”) and we’re redacting the internal message on social media if that gives you any insight into the nature of the text. Unfortunately for the Stone’s, this was just the beginning. The wrongful hate they received serves as a reminder of just how extreme online anti-hunting campaigns can get. Tap the link in profile for the full story 🔗 #babywombat #australia #wildlife #conservation #outdoors #nature #antihunting #influencer #outdoorlife 📷: sstone_images Story by: krebfish
