Prime Minister Andrew Holness on Thursday during his Budget Debate presentation announced that Government will later this year introduce a dedicated rural school bus system, which is expected to roll out in different phases. Holness says this is a transformative step in making school transportation more reliable and safer for Jamaica’s students by introducing new school busses ahead of the start of the academic year in September.   #BudgetDebate #jamaica
