The Affordable Care Act affects every Coloradan, including those who get health insurance from their employer. Many Coloradans have access to healthcare because of the Affordable Care Act, including 700,000 Coloradans with pre-existing conditions, 400,000 with health care through the Medicaid expansion, and those under 26 years old who are on their parents’ plans.
