Flagstaff winter training camp 🏃🏼‍♀️ ⛰️ ❄️ I love coming to this little mountain town to train! The last few times I came here my body couldn’t really handle the 7k ft of altitude and I had workout alone because I was so slow and then I almost always got injured. This time was different. This time I was healthy and strong going into the camp and my body adjusted so well to the extra stress. I was able to workout with friends almost every single session. And even when I was on my own, meaganvanpelt would be there to help me keep the mental demons away 😈🙅🏼‍♀️ Next up: Boulder! Let the 🏔️ adventures continue! 1.
