Tennessee Coach Karen Weekly fields questions March 11, 2025, after the No. 7 Lady Vols defeated No. 14 Duke in a 1-0 shutout in Knoxville. Taylor Pannell smashed a solo home run in the first inning to provide all the run support Karlyn Pickens needed. Pickens went the distance in the circle with 10 strikeouts, two hits and two walks. Pannell now has a career-high 10 home runs and 42 RBIs this season. McKenna Gibson extended her on-base streak to 24 games with a walk in the sixth inning.
