Skin has always been one of my biggest insecurities, and PCOS definitely hasn’t made it any easier. Today I had a social shoot where I couldn’t wear any makeup, and honestly, it took a lot for me not to overthink every blemish, discoloration, and acne mark on my face. It’s wild how much our skin impacts our self-image, and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way.
