I visited UF for the first time at a FL Days event and everyone from the ppl in the parking lot to all the staff around campus were very welcoming. I decided fully on my major that day, because I was between APK and Health Science. I got to hear from both colleges and it was very helpful, they answered all my questions. Following my visit, I actually accepted my admission offer that night. UF resources alleviate the pressure of being a student at UF. There is free tutoring in the Academic Center in Turlington. CWC has been of great help whenever I have felt drained and losing my motivation. When financially struggling, I never went hungry because I could go to the food pantry.
