High Protein Almond Croissant Baked Oats 🥐😋
Switch up your normal bowl or oatmeal with these almond croissant baked oats! They are absolutely delicious, high in protein, and are the perfect breakfast to meal prep for the week! 🙌
This makes 12 slices: ~180 cal, 12g protein, 18g carbs, 7g fat each
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup Vanilla or Cinnamon Siwrl Whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Topping:
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
