Andrew Rock (13th Season) led the Royals to a team title sweep for the third consecutive season. The Bethel men collected four individual titles, a pair of relay crowns, and 14 All-Conference performances, while the BU women’s team recorded two event championships and 12 All-Conference slots. This is Rock's fifth Women's Coach of the Year honor (2015, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) and his fourth Men's Coach of the Year award (2017, 2023, 2024, 2025). He is the first coach in recorded conference history to sweep the MIAC Coach of the Year honors in indoor track & field for three consecutive seasons.
