“Truth and Service” on the road! Approximately 1,300 Howard University students traveled to 22 cities across the country as part of Howard’s annual Alternative Spring Break (HUASB). The theme for the 32nd HUASB was “Nurturing Our Community: Planting Seeds of Hope for the Future,” and students did just that as they tutored students in Albany, Georgia, helped with Hurricane Helene recovery in Asheville, North Carolina, built beds for undeserved community members in Buffalo, New York, and so much more!
