Food has always been a bridge—connecting cultures, celebrating history, and uniting communities. This Black History Month, we honor those whose culinary creations have shaped our stories, preserved our heritage, and continue to bring us together, one plate at a time. To celebrate, two of our very own chefs—Chef Will and Chef Wyatt—have re-imagined iconic dishes from culinary legends, Tanya Holland and Rodney Scott. Through these dishes, we celebrate the rich connection between food, culture, and heritage.
