Ever since Iāve been pregnant, Iāve been struggling a bit to get enough protein (and vegetables, honestly). Thankfully I havenāt had major nausea or aversions, Iām just mostly craving carbs š
Iām all about finding super quick & easy sources of protein that I donāt really have to think about. Banza chickpea pasta is perfect ā it has 20g protein per serving and can be used in literally any recipe! It also tastes just as good as regular pasta, so itās one of my favorite pantry staples.
To add even more protein, we made a super creamy broccoli sauce with cottage cheese, bringing the total protein per serving up to almost ~40g. And most importantly, it tastes delicious!!
I like to top mine with some burrata (bc why not), but itās also delicious on its own.
