Chef Tyler Florence joined by his son Hayden Florence and celebrated pitmaster Chef Matt Horn presided over a high-stakes culinary competition aboard the USS Tripoli. Five teams, representing the galleys of the USS Tripoli, USS Somerset, RCN Regina, and USCGC Bertholf, faced off in a 60-minute mystery box challenge. With a "Taste of San Francisco" theme, the contestants had one hour to prepare, assemble, and plate nine tacos for three judges. The teams brought their A-game, but only one could claim the coveted title.
