Rolling the front wheel down a steep slab and popping to reach the landing is such a cool feeling and a great skill to know, especially when the trails are slow and steep.
I learnt that move fairly late but I feel like it has helped me a lot to ride any gnarly trail and be comfortable regardless how the terrain is.
It's been particularly useful here in the Sea to Sky corridor but also in Utah when free riding and basically everywhere else I have been.
It's bike season now and time to practice your skills, have fun and explore. Visit backcountry to grab what you need to get you on the trails. Link in my bio.
