1. Transparency is a requirement. Not just about your coffee, but about the supply chain, the role consumers play, and the impact that is happening at the farm level.
2. Educate, educate, educate. I’m still a newbie when it comes to understanding green coffee. Chances are — your customers are too. Try to inform any chance you get. Something that’s a “no brainer” to you could completely change someone else’s worldview.

I always want to find new ways to create and this is one that really inspired me, especially since everyone working in the coffee industry has a unique perspective. This would allow me to highlight MORE voice (anonymously, even) while bringing you deeper into the world of coffee with me.
