We had a pretty special private cooking class & dinner with chipgaines & joannagaines this weekend. They wanted to learn some wild game techniques, so this was neat because my youngest son & I we went out and harvested deer and hogs for the class. Chip & I are also big fans of 44farms, so they graciously provided some brisket, beef ribs and steak, which made for a really cool surprise. This was probably my favorite private event I’ve ever done. Just all around great people and we can’t wait for next time to hang together. Shout out to my rising star chef gavin.cooks for the assist!
