I was blessed to be able to harvest this awesome West Texas Mule Deer as muley season was ending. Such a beautiful buck that was aged at 8 1/2 or 9 1/2 years old. He will provide some of my favorite meals for my family this year. I’ve been so busy that hunting season is just starting for me, so stay tuned for more plus my usual wild game recipes & videos.
