Hawaii Food & Wine just wrapped up this past weekend. It is by far and away our favorite event that we participate in and it was an honor to be included again. It was a blast to cook alongside mingtsai, chefchriscosentino, burtbakman, cheftimon & tara.monsod back in Lahaina on the beautiful island of Maui.
