What a weekend! We launched a new seasoning, Hail Mary, at troubadourfest. We served it on our cotton candy pork belly pops which were a big hit with the crowd. No matter who your team is, launching a seasoning in partnership with a brand as large as the dallascowboys is a massive accomplishment for our family brand and really cool for me personally.
