What a day at troubadourfest! My favorite BBQ and music festival in the country. You won’t find a better collection of 42 top BBQ joints with a night capped off with amazing music. As my buddy blakesatsouthernmilling said, what an honor to be included. BBQ is about relationships, and it was a treat to see so much of my BBQ family plus all of our amazing customers. Thank you to everyone that waited in line for our Cotton Candy Pork Belly Pops. SO MANY PEOPLE told us it was their favorite bite. I don’t know about that based on how much amazing food I tasted from my friends, but it was nice to hear such kind words so many. My fav bite was vaquerostxbbq chilaquiles. There was also an awesome response to our new Hail Mary BBQ seasoning that you can now purchase. Getting to sit side stage to hear shanesmithmusic & treatyoakrevival play after we catered dinner for them was the icing on the cake.
