🖤💜 NEON HALLOWEEN 💜🖤 It’s September 1st, which means it’s officially socially acceptable to start posting Halloween content! 🎃 Last year, I made these silhouette balloons and was obsessed with how they turned out. This year, I decided to give them a neon twist, and I’m in love! However, I learned a valuable lesson—white vinyl doesn’t glow as brightly as I hoped on the balloons. Next time, I’ll definitely go for glow-in-the-dark vinyl to make the decals pop even more. 🌟 I can never decide if I prefer classic Halloween colors, pastel, or my new favorite: neon.
