⛓️ Five Below Part 2 ⛓️ A 90’s theme is ALWAYS a good idea. The stair case and wall behind it at citywineryphil is so amazing on its own that I couldn’t simply put a linear balloon garland on the length the rail. That would have been too boring. So I decided to break it up in balloon clusters and stagger them one up one down. It not only made the garland look bigger but helped fill the massive space. The fivebelow custom graffiti backdrop was created by the extremely talented and creative freekyleeky215 I didn’t want to cover one inch of his art but the balloons complimented it so well!!! If you need anything custom painted he’s your guy.
