This may sound crazy but stay with me ⬇️ Josh Connerly Jr.’s one-on-one pass rush rep vs. Mike Green did not go well… at all. But I actually like his set a lot. He gets in trouble because he misses with his hands and his inside foot is just a little late, but his mindset was on point. Unlike other tackles, he wasn’t passive—he wanted to be the aggressor, which is exactly what you need in these one-on-one situations. Yeah, he got driven into the ground, but this rep doesn’t define him. Connerly is going to be a good tackle in the league.
