With a lot of travel, it can be hard to maintain fitness/daily routines and perform your best - here a 3 travel tips I use: ๐Ÿ”ธPrioritize Stretching and Mobility Work I use min 10โ€“30 minute stretching, especially after longer plane travels. ๐Ÿ”ธKeep Workouts Short and Specific Quite a lot can be done in a hotel gym, and keeping movements specific to what you need and short but intense helps maintain your fitness level without needing a full gym. ๐Ÿ”ธStay Hydrated and Maintain Nutrition Especially transitioning to warmer countries and more humidity, ensure to hydrate and keep electrolytes.
