Iโm super excited for this! With a lot of travel, it can be hard to maintain fitness/daily routines and perform your best - here a 3 travel tips I use:
๐ธPrioritize Stretching and Mobility Work
I use min 10โ30 minute stretching, especially after longer plane travels.
๐ธKeep Workouts Short and Specific
Quite a lot can be done in a hotel gym, and keeping movements specific to what you need and short but intense helps maintain your fitness level without needing a full gym.
๐ธStay Hydrated and Maintain Nutrition
Especially transitioning to warmer countries and more humidity, ensure to hydrate and keep electrolytes. For nutrition, plan with healthy snacks like nuts, protein bars, or fruit, especially for longer travel days ๐
